3B3-10 was an OOM-Battle Droid used by the Trade Federation during the Invasion of Naboo. He was stationed in the Theed Palace to protect Federation Viceroy Gunray from the Naboo Security Buru and was later part of a squad of Battle Droids that captured the intruders and took them to Gunray himself. 3B3-10 would later be shot by Captain Panaka when he and the rest of the Security Buru escaped their droid captures and arrested Gunray.
